Added background blur to Gnome and Cinnamon Linux desktop users. This blurs your wallpaper and pulls an accent color from it (which can be overridden).

Fixed alert bug where a disabled alert at application launch may be missing the next time when enabled. It would require restarting the application.

Fixed bug with hide on minimize where the application titlebar may stay on the screen near the taskbar.
Improvements made to hiding on minimize, especially noticeable if Open at Login is enabled.
